CXCVII.

Yesterday was the photoshoot for the Chromat Spring/Summer collection. I had such an amazing time all day, but the following photo made a whole day of applying makeup, changing, waiting, and posing (mostly in freezing weather) totally worth it. Without warning, we showed up at the Lynchburg Waffle House at 11 PM and this is what we came out with:

I thank Becca, Sarah, Lauren, and Ashley for making yesterday SO much fun. I can't wait to see the other photos.

Here I am in Chromat:

I think its strange seeing myself like that because I never thought I would see myself walking down any runways, especially with my body type. I appreciate that Becca makes clothes for full-figured girls, such as myself.
On another note, the red series in her collection reminds me SO much of Matthew Barney's Cremaster Cycle:

I am very excited about my living conditions next year. I will be living in one of Sweet Briar's brand spanking new apartments. I will also be sharing a deck with some of my closest friends so I am hoping to get the hookup from my step-dad for some patio furniture. Considering the size of the porch, we'll be getting a small portion of a set. The Agio Vista collection is at the top of my wish list. With a huge space to decorate, I have been keeping my eyes peeled for great design pieces. Currently in my wish lists for...

With a little bit of creeping on Facebook, look what I can find:

I am beside myself that photos from VITA are beginning to surface. Don't you love my ice cream head and Lauren's mohawk?!

I am currently obsessing over Spring/Summer Rag & Bone right now. Perhaps it is because I am quite fond of the Earthy, rustic chic movement I see taking place in downtown Lynchburg. Just take a gander:

The Spring/Summer 2010 Vita fashion show was last night and was an absolute blast! I'm waiting eagerly for everyone to post his or her photos. I walked for Born Rogue Designs as well as Chromat which was such a pleasure. I could not have asked to work with nicer and more genuine designers. I hope I can continue working with them for future seasons.

I am currently taking a break from homework to exclaim my love for the 2005 film, Pride & Prejudice, starring Keira Knightley. I could literally watch it everyday.
