XXXIII.

One of the awesome trees outside the new house.

I'm so excited about the new house my dad is building. One reason in particular is that I can't wait to hang the Alexander paintings. I've finally decided to show one the one going in the half-bath downstairs:

Check out more Alexander pieces from his site.

V.

I haven't updated in a while due to a stress-filled week of moving into my mom's apartment. I'll be living there until my dad's house is complete. The photo above is one of the views from the house of the Lynnhaven River and my grandparents' dock. It's beautiful!

Awesome recent news: I've been commissioned to paint a lighthouse. Once the sketches of that come under way, I'll post photos.

More awesome recent news: I've decided to look into UVA's Grad School of Arts & Sciences for the Art & Architectural History program. With this decision, I've decided to learn German and hopefully become fluent by the time I apply to get a PhD.
